Pierogi Preparation- Our Favorite Way…
In small pan, saute 1 small onion in 2 tablespoons butter for
every 3-4 Pierogi.
In separate pan, saute Pierogi in 2 tablespoons butter until light brown on both sides.
Drizzle prepared Pierogi with sautéed onion and butter.
Serve with 1 tablespoon of sour cream on the side (optional)
